Issue 1: they list the post office as their business location on Google maps and I thought they were close to my house because of that. They don't actually have a physical business location. Issue 2: won't give you a price over the phone. Says they will know once they show up even though I told them what they would be doing (making a copy of a chip car key). When they arrive they told me a price that I thought was too high. They tried to get me to pay them for showing up even though they never said anything about that over the phone or on their website. I feel that this kind of thing is dishonest and puts anyone who really needs their service in a serious bind. Issue 3: Since I refused their service they won't stop calling me and texting me. Positive: the technician did arrive within 10 minutes of their stated arrival time. At least they are punctual.

Çok KÖTÜ Hizmet! Sadece ev ziyaretleri yaptığı söylendiğinde, teknisyenin akşam geç saatlerde gelmesi için düzenleme yapıldı. Teknisyen 40 dakika geç kaldığında, tekrar aradım. Teknisyenin gelmeyeceği ve neden bilgilendirilmediğim hakkında bilgi veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Gelecek randevu hakkında sordum ve aramayı kapattılar. Son derece kötü. Kesinlikle bu hizmetle gelecekte iletişime geçmeye değmez!!
